Luciana Ramos has been practicing exclusively in family law since 2015 in private sectors in Melbourne. She is experienced in all areas of family law with a particular interest in complex property matters.
Her focus is to provide her clients with straightforward, compassionate and practical advice. She understands the challenges faced by her client during these emotional times and the complexities that is the legal system and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve the best possible outcome in a timely and amicable manner.
In addition, having spent six years as a Judge’s Associate at the Federal Circuit Court in Melbourne (now the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia), Luciana brings a unique perspective to her case work, appreciating the judicial factors that often determine a family law outcome.
Luciana holds both a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) and a Diploma of Legal Practice.
